Brooklands
This is an open-plan room. It can be hired for seated functions holding a maximum of 40 or standing functions with a maximum of approximately 60 people.
The Conservatory
This is an area that can be jointly hired with the Brooklands for a large function or alternatively hired on its own. It opens out onto the al fresco area where we have outside seating and heated umbrellas.
Outside BBQ area with Garden Bar
Our Al fresco outside area is available for hire, on its own or alongside the conservatory. It has outside seating and heated jumbrellas creating an atmospheric area.

The hire cost of our function areas are dependant on day/time & event, please contact us for further information.
Please note that we offer a variety of food options for your function from buffets to sit down formal dinners and canapés. Please contact our event manager, to discuss your individual function requirements and costs….send Karen an email with your requirements in the first instance.
